We make everything from scratch with only the best ingredients; dairy butter, fresh fruits, fresh eggs and pure cream. We can supply dietary sensitive lines such as no added gluten recipes, vegan and NAFNAC (no artificial colour/flavour). Our desserts are designed to be finished to your spec, we even supply sauces, deco items and plating designs to assist you in customising our range to suit your design brief.
