You will receive the products to the Victorian delivery address you provide. Please ensure that your requested delivery location is freely accessible by our couriers to prevent any delivery delays.
At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign a form to acknowledge that the goods were all received and in good condition. Where you have requested that a representative accept delivery of the goods on your behalf, this delivery acknowledgement will be obtained by Sweet by Nature from your representative. If you have checked “authority to leave” the goods unattended, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss of damage once delivery has been made.
If you no one is home to accept delivery, the driver will contact you on the number provided at time of order. If they are unable to get through to you, the order will return to Sweet by Nature and you can collect this the following day or request re-delivery at an extra charge.
The delivery charge varies depending on distance from our kitchen.
Up to 10km is a $15 delivery fee (free delivery over $150)
10km to 25km+ is a $20 delivery fee (free delivery over $150)
over 25km is a $25.00 delivery fee (free delivery over $150)
The delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout using your delivery postcode

Where you have requested that a representative accept delivery of the goods on your behalf, this delivery acknowledgement will be obtained by Sweet by Nature from your representative.
You own and are responsible for all products once they have been delivered to you. Please make sure that you check all products carefully against your tax invoice and take careful notice of storage instructions, ingredient lists, allergens, and any use by or best before dates on products.
Please note we cannot leave goods outside your shop or with non-food premises due to HACCP regulations.
Public Holidays: Please note that we are closed on public holidays. We request that customers place orders as early as possible to ensure you have sufficient stock levels.
