Research and development

Sweet by Nature's research team works constantly to develop new lines centred on emerging industry trends. Our aim is to create the finest quality products on the market, all handmade using only the finest quality produce such as unsalted butter, eggs, pure cream and fresh fruit, and to provide them at value for money prices. Although we are often imitated, trust that our focus is on quality not on margins.

Extensive range

Our product range is extensive, with a blend of modern trends and traditional products updated for the 21st century, encompassing a wide selection of gluten free recipes.

We carry a range of café style cakes in three sizes, handmade biscuits and American style cookies.  A huge selection of individual serve desserts in two sizes, both dessert and petite size. A comprehensive slice range, including our award winning Vanilla slice and old fashioned favourites such as caramel slice and lemon slice, made with real lemon juice. 

Our delightful cupcakes includes some RASV Fine Food award winners, as well as winners with the littlies, such as our colourful Fuzzy Buddies.  These  vanilla cupcakes were developed with mums in mind, winning the kids over yet being made without those highly coloured frostings. 

 
 

Award Winners              

Our new French style macaron range also picked up an award at the RASV Fine Food award in 2013 and 2014. They are available in 20 of each flavour or in assorted boxes. 

The Essential Macaron Collection is a colourful little burst of flavour that is both fresh and delicious. Of course, the macarons are a traditional French recipe, made from scratch by our pastry artists each day.                                                                    

We are also so excited to introduce our new Éclair rangeNew bold flavoured, frech style éclair range! Choux pastry filled with delicate cream custard in six flavours - our colourful range is available in simply delicious varieties to suit decadent pastry lovers everywhere!
 

For those looking to cater for crowds, our catering range includes catering blocks, and portion controlled treats, such as our Two-bite Tartlets and Ice Breaker's Tarts Range.

Our breakfast offering includes our famous American style muffins, made with oatbran and canola oil, with applesauce as a natural sweetener. Now joined by our amazing Banana Bread in both traditional and gluten free recipe, and two new varieties: Nature's Harvest and Date & Walnut Bread.
